Recently Fetch! Pet Care of North Indy was featured on the front page of the Noblesville Times and also in the online editions of the Indy Star Newspaper as a caring group of pet sitters got together to bake Valentine’s Day dog “cookies” and cat treats for the Humane Society for Hamilton County.  Together we baked over 500 doggie treats and 7 pounds of cat crunchies and delivered them on February 14. Tails wagged and cats purred their approval as the shelter volunteers distributed the goodies.

With Spring Break fast approaching, Carmel pet boarding demand is on the increase. We encourage you to investigate a Carmel pet sitter such as Fetch! Pet Care as an alternative to the traditional kennel. We offer private, cage-free,  homestyle boarding for dogs and loving visits in your home for kitties. Overnight stays in your home are great for households with multiple pets, very young or very old pets.

Carmel Dog Boarding in the News

Everywhere you look, there seems to be someone who would like to care for your pet. Pet sitters and dog walkers seem to be coming out of the woodwork.  Everyone from the 12 year-old middle schooler to the well-meaning neighbor seem like viable options for pet care.  But who can you trust with your precious pets and home?  Experienced pet sitters who are bonded and insured, provide references, and have undergone a criminal background check are always in demand. Even if you are looking for cat boarding, you can’t go wrong with an in-home service as kitties like to stay in their familiar surrondings.  As an alternative to the noisy, stressful kennel, consider hiring a pet sitter for Spring Break or your next vacation.

Fetch! Pet Care of North Indy

Hello world!

February 18, 2010

Hello Fellow Pet Lovers,  Welcome to the Fetch! Pet Care of North Indy blog. For my first blog I may as well introduce myself.  My name is Phyllis. I am the owner of a Fetch! Pet Care franchise here in the northern suburbs of Indianapolis, otherwise known as the Circle City.  I am 53 years old with two kids, one in college and one in high school, two dogs named Alvin and Theodore, two cats named Cookie and Caroline, and one husband.  I love pets and have always wanted to own my own business.  Once my children were older, I discovered that the time I had taken away from the business world had severely limited my options for returning to any meaningful employment possibilities. So I researched and found Fetch! Pet Care.  I couldn’t be happier with my work life as it combines my love of pets with daily contact with the outside world and still allows me to be at home when I need to be.

Future blogs will address everything from issues relating to pet care to personal stories about my own pets and their habits. Thank  you for checking us out.  See you on the web!
